  • Reports can be prepared for either the plaintiff or the defendant
  • We follow standards and instructions as stated by lawyers and abide by relevant Court legislation
  • It is the duty of an expert to help the Court on matters within the clinician’s expertise
  • The duty to the court legally overrides any obligation to the client from whom the clinician has received instructions or payment

2. Educational assessments (or a Learning Profile Assessment) involves using a number of psychological measures to assess a child’s or adolescent’s intellectual functioning and academic performance. These are conducted to provide a better understanding about:

  • Behavioural difficulties in the classroom
  • Attention and concentration difficulties
  • Disinterested or disengaged classroom behaviour
  • Poor academic performance with certain or all aspects of the school curriculum
