ADHD and Autism Assessments for Adults and Adolescents

 Assessment Process

  1. Book an initial appointment for 50 minutes
  1. You will be emailed online questionnaires to complete before your initial appointment. These results will be discussed in your appointment and can also identify and potential co-occurring conditions.
  1. In your initial appointment, a clinical history will be obtained.
  1. Based on your results of your online questionnaires and clinical history, it will bedetermined whether additional clinical appointments are needed to assess for ADHD, Autism or both.
  1. Prior to your additional assessment appointments, you will be emailed further additional online questionnaires to complete. The results of these questionnaires will also assist with the clinical interview.
  1. Depending on your assessment needs, 2-3 additional appointments might be required. This will be decided in the initial assessment.
  1. At your final appointment you will be provided with feedback, and report with assessment results and recommendations.
  1. Additional intervention appointments for strategies to support ADHD or Autism are available after your assessment, if you would like this.
